Visit the Forgot Password page and we'll email you a link that you can use to set your password.
I haven't received an email– what can I do?
We recommend trying these troubleshooting tips:
- Is the email in your Spam or Junk folder? If so, unblock sender and move to Inbox.
- Are you using a work email address? It's possible they (especially if you're using a government, education, or corporate address) could be blocking our servers. In this case, you or your IT department will want to whitelist on@substack.com as a safe-sender in your email account.
