We automatically send renewal emails to annual paid subscribers one week before their current subscriptions expire.
You can customize this email by following these steps:
1. Navigate to your Settings page and click on Payments in the left navigation bar.
2. Select "Edit" next to "Subscription renewal email".
3. Change the default template by deleting and entering your own text and click "Save".
